Resolution of the Cabinet dated 12/11/1432 H. (corresponding to 10/10/2011 G.) restructuring of the special Appeal Committee on disputes of securities, which states as follows:

The Cabinet approved the restructuring of the special Appeals Committee on disputes of securities for a period of three years from the date of this decision, as follows:
1- Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Shiddi of the Experts Commission of the Cabinet (Chairman)
2- Mr. Abdul-Aziz bin Rashid bin Kleib of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Member)
3- Mr. Salem Saleh Al-Mutawa of the Ministry of Finance (Member).
