Requirements for Appealing a Decision of the CRSD

 

1) The appeal must be submitted within thirty-day period of receiving the decision of the CRSD, pursuant to Article (43) of the Resolution of Securities Disputes Proceedings Regulations. 

2) The appeal must be submitted via the Electronic Services on GS-CRSD website.  

3) The appealed decision number and date must be included. 

4) The appellant's information and the representative's (agent's) information, if applicable, must be completed. 

5) The respondent's information must be completed. 

6) The appeal memorandum must be completed (subject of the appeal, grounds for appeal, and the appellant's requests). 

7) All required appeal documents must be uploaded in the specified file formats (national ID of the appellant, residency permit or passport for non-Saudis, or the Unified National Number for companies). 

8) Supporting documents of the appellant for the appeal memorandum must be uploaded. 

9) If the appeal is submitted by lawyers or those exempted under Article (18) of the Lawyers' Law, the power of attorney must be uploaded; authorizing the representative to submit the appeal, along with the necessary documents, including the lawyer's license or legal representation certificate.
